A: Good morning. Is this American Airlines?
B: Yes, sir. My name is Ellen. How may I help you?
A: I need to get a flight to Chicago on the 7th in the morning. Can you give me a hand?
B: Certainly, sir. There’s a flight at 8:35 a.m. and one at 10:45. Which would you prefer?
